Pacemakers 86 trust conducted a screening camp in cervical, breast & oral cancers in kodathi village in Bengaluru East!!
Migrant labourers of construction companies where the receipts of dis camp..

About 68 patients attended d camp; 15 pap smears wer collected…

Our “Pacemakers 86 trust” campaign of cancer screening had a great start!!
D village of kachamarananhalli in blore east was a perfect setting for us to start dis noble endeavour! !
Abt 160 patients attended d camp..
50 patients wer screened for cervical cancer with pap smear nd v had abt 10 cases with abnormalities!!
1 breast lump was detected!!
About 70 people were screened for a oral cancers nd v found abt 8 ladies having abnormal lesions!!
All des pts will be followed up thoroughly!!
D alarming part of d whole exercise was d detection of high percentages of abnormalities!!!
Yet anoder wonderful feat by d pacemakers 86 trust group…
