Multi Speciality Free Health Checkup Camps

India is a country of villages. Though the tag of a developed nation is attaching itself to India, still the plight of the villagers are to be seen to be believed. Still they are the downtrodden, ignorant and poverty stricken. Since the advent of National Rural Health Mission there is a drastic improvement in the health standards of the villages. But there is still a long ardous journey to say that the slogan “Health for all”is achieved!

We the Pacemakers 86 trust have set an aim of conducting free multi speciality health checkup camps in remote, rural villages. We will be selecting villages where medical facilities are not sufficient and conduct camps with free medicines and basic lab investigations.We will be doing both medical and surgical follow ups of the patients treated in the camps in our trust affliated hospitals. We will be holding camps in Obstetrics and gynaecology, Paediatrics, General medicine, ENT, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, Cardiology, Surgery, Radiology, Geriatrics. Every camp will be having antihypertensive, diabetic and ante natal clinics. A talk will be held about the communicable and non communicable diseases and life style changes by a community medicine expert. These free multi speciality health checkup camps will be the main activity of our trust!
